持续质量改进用于手术室护理质量管理的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨持续质量改进在手术室护理质量管理中应用的价值。方法　在手术室实施整体护理中 ,对护理程序的各个环节制定标准 ,并就护理实际与护理标准对比 ,展开广泛调查 ,找到差距和问题 ,在此基础上研究质量改进措施 ,再由护理人员实施质量改进。整个改进过程均实行“三级五方”的质控。结果　经过连续 4年质量改进 ,手术室护理质量得到明显提高 ,护患关系、医患关系融洽度逐年上升 ,患者满意度由 70 %提高到 98.3 %,患者健康教育覆盖率由 66%上升到 10 0 %,护士对患者情况全程知晓率由 41%上升到 10 0 %,增加了责任心 ,杜绝护理差错和事故的发生。结论　在手术室护理管理中引进持续质量改进 ,可有效地提高护理质量 。Objective To explore the value of continuous quality control in operating room(OR) nursing management.Methods Standards were set up for all procedures of holistic nursing in the operating room.The standard and actual nursing practices were compared to find out the problems and gaps, based on which appropriate measures were taken to control the quality by using the protocol 'three grades and five aspects'.Results Through four years of quality control,OR nursing quality improved obviously,for example, patients' satisfaction rate rose from 70% to 98.3%,patients' education rate rose from 66% to 100%, and nurses' education coverage rose from 41% to 100%.In addition, the sense of responsibility was raised in the nurses and accidents were reduced.Conclusion By using continuous quality control,we effectively improved OR nursing quality and increased both economic and social benefits.
