天津感冒颗粒剂解热镇痛药理作用

摘　　要：目的 :对天津感冒颗粒剂进行解热、镇痛作用的研究。方法 :给动物灌服天津感冒颗粒剂后 ,观察对伤寒、副伤寒甲、乙三联菌苗致热家兔的解热作用和对醋酸刺激的小鼠扭体反应的影响及对小鼠热刺激所致疼痛反应的影响。结果 :天津感冒颗粒剂有明显解热、镇痛作用。结论 :天津感冒颗粒剂对实验动物具有良好的解热、镇痛作用 。Objective:To study on the antipyretic and analgesic actions of Tianjinganmao granules (TJG).Methods:After TJG was administered in the experimental animals,its antipyretic effect was observed by using pathologic hectic rabbit caused by triad bacterin of typoid,paratyphoid A and B.Analgesic effect was tested by the method of writhes and heat stimulation of mice.Results:The experiments proved that TJG could inhibit the raising of animal heat caused by bacterin.It also had the notable analgesic action on the reaction of writhes of mice induced by acetic acid and the pain reaction of mice stimulated by heat.Conclusions:TJG had good antipyretic and analgesic actions.The experiments gave the strong support on clinical use of TJG.
