摘　　要：目的　探讨艾滋病 (AIDS)患者合并外科疾病手术治疗的安全性。方法　回顾性分析 40例AIDS合并外科疾病的临床资料和处理方法。结果　AIDS合并外科疾患患者中 19例经手术治疗后不同程度地好转和治愈。结论　AIDS合并外科疾病时及时的手术治疗对患者是安全和有益的。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and management of AIDS patients accompanied with surgical diseases. Methods The clinical data of 40 AIDS patients accompanied with surgical diseases were analyzed retrospectively . Results Sixteen of the 40 patients with AIDS accompanied with surgical diseases were operated on,and the condition of the patients became better or cured after operation. Conclusions surgical operation is safe and beneficial to the AIDS patients accompanied with surgical diseases, if the operation is proformed in time.
