摘　　要：目的 :观察中老年人肩峰骨赘的发病情况。方法 :采用肩峰前后切线位X线摄片方法观察 3 66位中老年人共 73 2个肩 ,肩峰骨赘发病情况。根据骨赘大小及形态特征将骨赘分为 0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度。按年龄及左右肩与骨赘的分度进行分组统计 ,对骨赘分度分布情况做秩和检验及骨赘分度情况的x2 检验。结果 :右肩骨赘发病率及增生程度明显高于左肩 ,统计学上有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 66～ 75岁年龄组骨赘发病率及增生程度明显高于 56～ 65岁年龄组 ,统计学上有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肩峰骨赘与使用程度及年龄密切相关 。Objective: To observe the incidence of the osteophyte of acromion in elderly people. Methods: Three hundred and sixty six elderly people, totaling 732 shoulders, underwent acromion anterior posterior X ray radiography with acromion tangented by the beam, and the incidence of the osteophyte of acromion was studied. Osteophytes in X ray radiography were divided into 0?Ⅰ?Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree according to their shapes and sizes. According to the age, left or right shoulder, the degree of the osteophyte was treated statistically, and the distributions of the degree was treated with rank sum test and the degree of the osteophyte was treated with x 2 test. Results: The incidence of the osteophyte and the degree of hyperplasia of acromion in the right shoulder was distinctly higher than that in the left, and there was significant difference between them ( P <0.01). The incidence of the osteophyte and the degree of hyperplasia of acromion in the 66～75 ages is distinctly higher than that in the 56～65 ages, and there was significant difference between them ( P <0.01). Conclusions: Shoulder is the part of the body that deteriorate easily, and acromion anterior margin ostephyte can reflex the close correlation between the deterioration of shoulder and the use of the shoulder and the age, and anteroposterior tangential position X ray radiograph can clearly show the pathological change.
