摘 要:目的 :研究 SSF对小鼠学习、记忆的作用。方法 :采用水迷宫行为实验法 ,观察 5 0、1 0 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg(灌胃 ,1 2 d)的 SSF对正常小鼠学习、记忆以及 Na NO2 引起小鼠记忆巩固、障碍的影响 ,脑复康作为对照药。结果 :与盐水对照组小鼠相比 ,1 0 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg(灌胃 ,1 2 d)的 SSF能够显著缩短正常小鼠到达终点平台的潜伏期和减少进入盲端的次数。脑复康对正常小鼠学习、记忆无显著作用。腹腔注射 Na NO21 2 0 mg/ kg显著增加小鼠到达终点的潜伏期和进入盲端的次数 ,5 0、1 0 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg的 SSF和脑复康(2 0 0 mg/ kg)皆能够改善 Na NO2 引起小鼠记忆巩固障碍。结论 :SSF具有增强小鼠学习记忆、改善Na NO2Objective:To study of SSF on learning and memory in mice. Methods:The mice water maze performance was used to evaluate the effects of SSF on learning and memory and memory impairment of consolidation induced by NaNO 2 in mice. Piracetam (PIR) was used as reference drug. Results: During 5d acquisition trails, compared with saline control, SSF (100, 200mg/kg, ig, 12d) could significantly reduce the escape latency to find platform and the number errors entering non exit. No marked impact was found administration of PIR at dose of 200mg/kg in mice. NaNO 2 (120mg/kg, ip) consistently result in an increase the escape latency to find platform and the number errors entering non exit as compared with saline treated control. All the PIR (200mg/kg, ig,) and SSF (50, 100 and 200mg/kg, ig) could significantly lessen the increased latency and number errors. Conclusion : SSF could enhance learning and memory and ameliorate the impaired memory of consolidation induced by NaNO 2 in mice.
