摘　　要：本文对国外10年来测高卫星的发展、观测原理、模型及各种解算方法进行了分类介绍和概要评述。对开展TOPEX/POSEIDON卫星的研究和应用提出了一些想法和建议。The present paper gives a review of development and most applications of Satellite Altimetry for orbit determination for the latest ten years. Observational principals, mathematical models and a variety of estimation methods for Satellite Altimetry are introduced and classified. Some estimation methods and suggestions for the cooperate research on TOPEX/POSEIDON are also included.
