摘　　要：目的　指导人们正确选用防呼吸道传染病口罩。　方法　采用GB190 83 -2 0 0 3、GB/T62 2 3 -1997,用YW -4 5 90油雾仪进行测定。　结果　防微粒口罩防护效率均达 95 %以上 ,棉纱口罩或无纺布口罩效率仅 2 0 %～ 60 %。　结论　凡是符合防微粒口罩国标的口罩均可用于防护细菌。Objective This paper demonstrates how to choose the mask for preventing respiratory infectious disease. Methods The test by GB19083-2003, GB/T6223-1997 and YW-4590 oil fog instrument were made. Result The prevention rate of particle prevention mask is more than 95%, but that of the cotton yarn or nonwoven mask is only 20%～60%. Conclusion The mask that accords with the national standard of particle prevention can protect respiratory system from organism aerosol such as bacterium and virus.
