摘　　要：当前网络管理在向基于Web平台和分布式的方向发展,文章首先分析了传统的基于集中式和轮询技术的网络管理系统结构已经不适应计算机网络本身的发展变化,然后提出了一个基于WEB平台的新型分布式网络管理模型,给出了该模型的层次模型和系统结构,然后讨论了这个系统模型的几个关键技术的实现,最后利用该模型搭建了一个分布式网络管理平台并对其进行了描述。Currently the development of network management is at the direction of being based on Web platform and distributed manner.Firstly,this paper analyzes the traditional network management system structure base on centralized and poll technology doesn't match the development of the computer network itself.Secondly a new distributed network management model based on Web platform is put forward with the hiberarchy and structure and several key implement ing technologies are discussed.At last,it builds a distributed network management platform using the model and de-scribes it.
