摘　　要：分析了我国全面建设小康社会的实质,借鉴国际上的通行标准并结合现实国情,建立了由16个指标组成的全面小康社会指标体系,提出一系列针对性的对策建议。The author analyses the essence of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China, utilizes international general standard,combines Chinese actual conditions,establishes a indicator system of a well-off society in all-round way with sixteen indicators,and puts forward a series of purposeful countermeasures and suggestions.
