摘  要:目的 研究谷氨酸 (Glu)及其NMDA受体拮抗剂 5 甲基二氢丙环庚烯亚胺马来酸 (MK 80 1 )对大鼠伏核(NAc)痛兴奋神经元 (PEN)痛诱发放电反应的影响。方法 电刺激坐骨神经作为伤害性刺激 ,通过玻璃微电极记录NAc内PEN放电。结果 伤害性刺激可使NAc内PEN电活动增加 ;脑室注入Glu可使NAc内PEN痛诱发放电频率增加 ;NAc内注入MK 80 1可阻断脑室注入Glu引起的NAc内PEN诱发活动加强的作用。结论 脑室注入Glu可使大鼠NAc内PEN对伤害性刺激的反应加强 ,NMDA受体参与介导这种疼痛易化的作用。Objective To study the influence of glutamic acid (Glu) and its NMDA receptor antagonist dizocilpine maleate (MK 801) on the pain evoked discharges of the pain excitation neurons (PEN) in the nucleus accumbens (NAc) of rats.Methods The trains of electric impulses applied to the sciatic nerve were used as noxious stimulation.The discharges of PEN in NAc were recorded by the glass microelectrode.Results The noxious stimulation increased the electric activities of PEN in NAc.The icv injection of Glu caused an increase of the pain evoked discharge frequency of PEN in NAc.The injection of MK 801 into NAc antagonized the potentiation of the evoked activities of PEN induced by the icv injection of Glu.Conclusion The response of PEN in NAc to the noxious stimulation is potentiated by the icv injection of Glu.The NMDA receptors participate in mediating the facilitated pain effect.
