摘  要:改进了D-氨基葡糖盐酸盐的制备,仅用原工艺30%盐酸的半量,革除酸水解液的浓缩,避免了对设备的腐蚀。改进后的最佳工艺条件:甲壳质-30%盐酸(1:3,w/w),水解温度80℃,水解时间2h,洗涤剂为95%乙醇,干燥温度低于60℃。含量为99.5%,收率约70%。The preparation of D-glucosamine hydrochloride was improved. Only half volume of 30% hydrochloric acid was used for hydrolysis of chitin, thus the concentration of the acid hydrolysate was omitted to avoid the corrosion problem. The optimized conditions were as follows: the ratio of chitin to 30% hydrochloric acid was l:3(w/w), hydrolysed at 80 ℃ for 2h, 95% ethanol was used as wash solvent, product dried below 60 ℃. The purity and yield of D-glucosamine hydrochloride were 99.5% and 70%, respectively.
