摘　　要：建立了复方美佐含片含量和有关物质测定的HPLC方法,采用C_8色谱柱,乙腈-0.07mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓沖液(pH3.0)(25:75)为流动相,检测波长220nm。氢溴酸右美沙芬与苯佐卡因分别在7～35μg/ml和2.8～14μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均为0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.9％(RSD 0.43％)和98.8％(及SD 0.74％)。A HPLC method for determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and benzocaine in compound Meizuo buccal tablets was presented. A C8 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.07mol/L KH2PO4 buffer solution (pH3.0)(25:75), at detection wavelength of 220nm. The calibration curves of dextromethorphan and benzocaine were linear in the concentration range of 7-35μg/ml and 2.8- 14μg/ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.9% (RSD 0.43%) and 98.8% (RSD 0.74%), respectively.
