摘  要:用弹性力学和有限元方法对轴毂过盈联接进行了详细的分析 ,据此指出了弹性力学方法的弊端和有限元方法的优势。有限元方法不仅可以获得与弹性力学完全一致的理想模型下过盈联接的应力等 ,还能够分析弹性力学所不能求解的接触边缘效应———由接触引起的边缘应力集中。由于考虑了应力集中的存在 ,用有限元分析方法对轴毂过盈联接进行设计和校核 ,更符合实际情况 。A detailed analysis on interference fit of hub was carried out by means of elastic mechanics and finite element method, in view of the above, the shortcomings of elastic mechanics method and the advantages of finite element method have been pointed out. Finite element method could not only obtain all the same stress of interference fit joint under ideal model as that obtained with elastic mechanics method, but also could analyze the contacting edge effect-edge stress concentration caused by contact, which could not be solved by elastic mechanics. Owing to considering the existence of stress concentration, to carry out design and check on interference fit joint of hub by the use of finite element method are more tally with the actual situation, thus more reasonable.
