鹿瓜多肽注射液对CⅡ诱导的免疫性关节炎大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6以及CⅡ抗体活性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察鹿瓜多肽注射液对类风湿性关节炎 (RA)的治疗作用 ,并探讨其作用机理。方法 :以Ⅱ型胶原 (CⅡ )诱导的免疫性关节炎 (CIA)大鼠为RA动物模型 ,通过测量其关节肿胀程度及制作病理切片并在光镜下计分 ,观察鹿瓜多肽注射液对其的治疗效果 ;采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中TNF α、IL 6以及CⅡ抗体活性 ,以探讨其作用机理。结果 :与模型组比较 ,鹿瓜多肽组大鼠踝关节肿胀程度和病理损伤计分均明显减轻。鹿瓜多肽组血清TNF α、IL 6的活性明显降低。结论 :鹿瓜多肽注射液对CⅡ诱导的免疫性关节炎有治疗作用 ,其机理可能与抑制血清TNF α、IL 6的活性有关。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis. Method:Arthritis of rat induced by type Ⅱ collagen was used as rheumatoid arthritis model.Selling of ankles of rats was measured and pathological sections were observed and scored to assessed the therapeutic effect.The activity of TNF-α、IL-6 and CⅡ antibody in blood serum was investigation with ELISA method. Result:Compared with that of model group,Swelling of Lugua polypeptide group was relieved significantly.The activity of TNF-α and IL-6 in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group.But in Lugua polypeptide group,the activity of those cytokines was decreased significantly. Conclusion:Lugua polypeptide has an effect on immune arthritis induced by type Ⅱ collagen,and the decrease of TNF-α and IL-6 in blood serum maybe the one of its mechanisms.
