摘 要:采用田间小区试验的方法研究了不同氮钾水平对结球甘蓝养分吸收和分配的影响。结果表明,氮肥单施可提高结球甘蓝氮、硼、锰和锌的含量,降低钾、钙、镁、铜和铁的含量;钾肥单施可提高结球甘蓝钾和叶球中所有微量元素含量,而降低氮、钙、镁的含量;氮钾配施可减轻氮肥对钾吸收以及钾肥对镁吸收的降低作用,但对叶球微量元素含量的影响取决于氮钾肥料单施的效应和氮钾交互作用。氮肥和钾肥提高结球甘蓝养分元素的吸收数量,促进边叶钙和镁向叶球转移。氮肥和钾肥可以明显降低边叶养分元素的比例,而提高叶球中的比例,这对叶球的生长发育、产量提高以及品质和营养价值的改善起到积极作用。The field trial was conducted for studying the effects of different rates of N and K on the nutrient uptake and partition of cabbage (Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.).The results revealed that sole application of nitrogen could increase the contents of N, B, Mn, Zn and decrease the contents of K,Ca, Mg,Cu and Fe.The sole potassium fertilizer could increase the K and contents of all microelements in cabbage heads, but decease the contents of other nutrients such as N, Ca and Mg. The combination of N,K fertilizer could alleviate the negative impacts of N fertilizer on K content, and K fertilizer on Mg content. The effect of combined N and K on the microelement contents would depend upon the response of sole application of N and K, and their interactions. Nitrogen and potassium fertilizer enhanced the nutrient uptakes,and the translocation of Ca and Mg from side leaves to heads. Application of N and K obviously increased the proportion of nutrients in the cabbage heads, and decreases the proportion in side leaves, which had positive influences on the growth, yield, quality and nutritional values of cabbage heads.
