摘 要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)神经在兔不全梗阻性膀胱中的变化及意义。 方法 :采用还原型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸 (NADPH)免疫组化方法 ,对 10只新西兰白兔 (成年雄性 )不全梗阻性膀胱 (自制兔不全梗阻性膀胱 ,梗阻时间为 6周 ,作为实验组 )及 10只无梗阻性膀胱同龄新西兰白兔 (对照组 )膀胱体及膀胱颈部组织进行研究。 结果 :实验组兔膀胱体、膀胱颈部粘膜及膀胱体平滑肌NOS神经均明显减少 (膀胱体粘膜为P <0 .0 5 ,膀胱颈粘膜为P <0 .0 1,膀胱体平滑肌为P <0 .0 5 ) ;膀胱颈部平滑肌NOS神经无显著变化。 结论 :一氧化氮对平滑肌具有松弛作用 ,NOS神经的减少对兔不全梗阻性膀胱的结构和功能变化具有一定作用。Objective:To study the changes and the significance of NOS-containing nerves in a rabbit model of partial bladder outlet obstruction(BOO). Methods:We investigated changes in the density of NOS-containing nerves in the detrusor and bladder neck in 20 rabbits model of BOO with NADPH histochemistry. Partial BOO was induced in adult male New Zealand White rabbits(n=10,as experiment group).Sham operated age-matched rabbits(n=10) acted as control. After 6 weeks, urinary bladders were excised and the bladder body and neck sections were examined by NADPH histochemistry. Results:NOS-containing nerves were significantly decreased in urothelium of the bladder body and neck(P<0.05 in the bladder body, P<0.01 in the bladder neck). NOS-containing nerves were significantly decreased in the smooth muscle of the bladder body(P<0.05). There were no changes in the NOS-containing nerves in the smooth muscle of the bladder neck (P>0.5). Conclusion: The down-regulation of NOS-containing nerves in the detrusor and the urothelium of bladder neck may contribute to the altered bladder structure and function associated with BOO.
