慢性湿疹患者的心理健康水平测查分析

摘　　要：目的　研究慢性湿疹患者的心理健康状况。方法　采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 3 0例慢性湿疹患者进行测查 ,并与 3 1名神经症患者和 3 4名正常人组进行比较分析。结果　慢性湿疹患者心理健康情况差于正常组 ,主要表现在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、附加因子 ,而明显好于神经症组 ,表明慢性湿疹患者的心理健康水平介于正常人与神经症患者之间。Objective To study the level of mental health state of the patients with chronic eczema.Methods Thirty patients with chronic eczema,thirty-one patients with neuroses and thirty-four normal control were examined using Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results Compared with the normal,Patients with eczema had significantly higher scores mainly in scale Somatization,Anxiety,Depression,Psychotic factors,Additional items of SCL-90.Compared with patients suffering from neuroses,Patients with eczema had significantly lower scores in scales of SCL-90.Conclusion Mental health state is impormant factor associated with chronic eczema.
