摘　　要：目的 :评价成人包皮环切术对勃起功能的影响。　方法 :采用问卷调查和个别直接询问相结合的方法对95例包皮环切术患者勃起功能进行评价。　结果 :术前 18例存在轻度勃起功能障碍 (ED) ;术后 2 8例存在轻、中度ED(P =0 .0 0 1) ,有统计学意义。其中勃起信心下降 33例 (P =0 .0 4 ) ,插入困难 4 1例 (P =0 .0 3) ,性交时间延长 31例 (P =0 .0 4 ) ,性满意度提高 34例 (P =0 .0 4 ) ,有统计学意义。　结论Objective: To evaluate the erectile function of adults after circumcision. Methods: Ninty-five patients were investigated on erectile function by questionnaire before and after circumcision, respectively. Results: Eighteen patients suffered from mild erectile dysfunction before circumcision, and 28 suffered from mild or moderate erectile dysfunction after circumcision(P= 0.001). Adult circumcision appeared to have resulted in weakened erectile confidence in 33 cases(P= 0.04), difficult insertion in 41 cases(P= 0.03), prolonged intercourse in 31 cases(P= 0.04)and improved satisfaction in 34 cases(P= 0.04). Conclusions: Adult circumcision has certain effect on erectile function, to which more importance should be attached.
