摘 要:黄河淤背固堤工程因受土压力、水压力以及其它各种因素的作用和影响会产生较大的沉降,且不均匀。长期如此将使大堤产生不均匀裂缝,一旦百年一遇的洪峰到来,抵御洪水的最后一道屏障将岌岌可危,后果不堪设想。文中通过观测、分析与研究得出结论:淤背固堤工程必须同步进行不均匀沉降的监测。Silt arrester project of the Yellow River has been suffered by earth pressure, water pressure and all kinds of factors and effects. It will come out uneven settle and uneven crevice. If there should be the biggest flood in a century, it would be in imminent danger. The result would have been dreadful to contemplate. According to observing, analyzing and studying, this paper points out that silt arrester project of the Yellow River must carry out studying and observing uneven settle at the same time.
