摘  要:采用经精制得到的反式结构的4-(4-丙基环己基)环己醇(简称3HHE)为原料,与氢化钠反应生成相应的醇钠,再与碘甲烷反应,得到目标产物液晶单体(反,反),4-丙基-4'-甲氧基双环己烷(简称301HH),并对反应的影响因素进行了研究和探讨,得出了最佳反应条件。由于产品纯度要求(GC)不小于99.5%,水含量(GC)小于500mg/L,单项杂质含量(GC)不超过0.3%,故对产品进行精制。实验操作过程中采用一次性加料,操作简单,反应过程中无毒害气体放出,原料3HHE反应完全,是比较理想的合成路线。This paper described the synthesis of (trans,trans)-4-propyl-4′-methoxybicyclohexane(named 301HH) from (trans,trans)4-propyl-4′-hydroxybicyclohexane(named 3HHE) by Williamson reaction. By studying the various effects of the reaction, we got the optimum reaction conditions. The experiment firstly recrystallized the raw material 4-propyl-4′-hydroxybicyclohexane, and the (trans,trans)-4-propyl-4′-hydroxybicyclohexane was gotten. Then the (trans,trans)-4-propyl-4′-hydroxybicyclohexane reacted with the sodium hydride, at last the product reacted with iodomethane. And we got the (trans,trans)-4-propyl-4′- methoxybicyclohexane after refining. The purity(GC) of product should be more than 99.5%. The water in it was little than 500mg/L. In the process of experiment, there weren't out any toxic gases. The yield of (trans,trans)-4-propyl-4′- methoxybicyclohexane was 97%. So the process of the experiment is suitable.
