摘　　要：中国加入WTO,给律师工作提出了更高的标准与要求。我们在看到律师权利得到进一步保护的同时,也要看到律师在执业过程中,尤其是在刑事辩护中,碰到不少的问题,这需要进一步完善。Lawyers have to face a higher standard and demand after China became a number of WTO.It is well accepted that China has made some progress in the protection of the rights of lawyers.Howener,we should realize that there are some problems in the legal practice,especially in the criminal defense.The thesis makes some analysis and descusscons on the protection of the rights of lawyers and the protection of the relevant systems in China.
