结石康胶囊抑菌抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究结石康胶囊的抑菌抗炎作用。方法 :将采用耳廓二甲苯致炎、腹腔注射 7%醋酸致炎模型小鼠服用结石康胶囊 ,观察小鼠耳廓肿胀度或扭体反应 ;采用 9种常见致病菌进行抑菌试验 ,观察结石康胶囊的抑菌圈和最低抑菌浓度。结果 :结石康胶囊对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀有抑制作用 ,能减少小鼠醋酸引起的扭体反应 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌等 8种细菌有抑制作用 ,对绿脓杆菌作用不明显。结论Objective: To study the efficacy of bacteriostasis and anti-inflammatory on Jieshikang Capsule. Methods: The animal model was established by injecting Dimethylbenzene and 7 % acetic acid respectively in rats' auricle and abdominal cavity to cause inflammation. The swelling of auricle and the torsion of body were observed. The bacteriostasis and minimal inhibitory concentration of Jieshikang Capsule were observed during the tests of 9 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria. Results: Jieshikang Capsule has inhibition the swelling of auricle, with the torsion of body decreased. It has inhibition 8 kinds of pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus A, but has little inhibition to Bacillus pyocyaneus. Conclusion: Jieshikang Pills has the efficacy of anti-inflammation and bacteriostasis.
