摘 要:以装载机三包反馈故障为对象,分析了液压元件故障模式及产生的主要原因,提出了液压系统各元件的混合污染是造成该系统质量事故、三包费用居高不下的根源,并据此提出了对液压系统污染进行综合控制的措施,在分析有关标准和对液压元件制造现状广泛调研的基础上制定了切实可行的液压元件清洁度分步实施控制指标和规范,针对产品液压系统特点制定了用油指标,这些控制措施的实施有效地提高了产品液压系统的可靠性,收到了明显成效。Based on feedback information from operation warranty of loaders, failure modes and causes of hydraulic components are concluded and analyzed. It is pointed out that the main reason that causes system failure and high warranty cost is the combined contamination in hydraulic system components, and then some measures to control the contamination in hydraulic system are suggested. On the basis of analyzing related criteria and widely investigating the present manufacturing situation of hydraulic components, rational and practical grade control index and criterion of hydraulic component cleanliness are suggested. Oil requirements are worked out according to the features of hydraulic system. The implementation of these criterion and requirements effectively increased the reliability of hydraulic system and distinguishing effects are achieved.
