柳州市成人代谢综合征患病率调查

摘　　要：目的 :评价柳州市人群中代谢综合征的患病情况。方法 :整群抽取柳州市常住成年居民 76 6 0例 ,男 3894例 ,女 376 6例 ,平均年龄 (39.5± 11.0 )岁 ,进行腰围 (WC)、血压、血脂及血糖等指标检测 ,按美国ATPⅢ提出的标准诊断代谢综合征并进行统计分析。结果 :该地区代谢综合征的总患病率为 5 .81% ,男性患病率高于女性 (P <0 .0 1) ,患病率随年龄增大而增高 ,6 5岁以上组为 2 3.70 %。高血压、空腹血糖增高、高三酰甘油者代谢综合征的检出率均随WC增大而增高。结论 :本组中代谢综合征的患病率已达较高水平 ,WC增大对代谢综合征其他成分有重要影响 ;提示在临床工作中要重视对代谢综合征的干预和控制 。Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the adults of Liuzhou.Methods:A cohort of the 7 660 residents (male was 3 894 cases, female was 3 766 cases) in Liuzhou, were sampled in group, average aged ( 39.5± 11.0) years. Their waist circumference(WC), blood pressure, fasting serum lipid and fasting blood glucose(FBG) were detected, the metabolic syndrome was diagnosed with the criterion of NCEP ATP Ⅲ.Results:The total prevalence of the metabolic syndrome were 5.81%. The prevalence in man was higher than that in woman (P< 0.01). The prevalence were increased with age growing and that in older groups in (65 years or older) was 23.70%. The detecting rate of high systolic blood pressure(SBP), high diastolic blood pressure(DBP), impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG), high triglycerides(TG) all were increased with age growing. There is important effect of over waist circumference on other composition of metabolic syndrome.Conclusion: The prevalence of the metabolic syndrome in older group have reached higher level. It is important to intervene and control the metabolic syndrome in order patients to prevent occurrence of cardiovascular disease.
