摘 要:在理论分析的基础上,介绍了电压无功控制装置(VQCⅡ+)的硬、软件设计及实际应用。VQC-Ⅱ+采用新型结构,充分考虑到算法的可实现性及装置的向下兼容性,并具有良好的开放性,不但可针对具体工况灵活配置,而且扩展方便。同时,通过外围通信接口可与调度中心连接。当系统由分散控制转为集中控制时,同样可利用装置的远传、遥控等功能,配合新系统使用。The design and application of hardware and software framework of a new type of voltage and reactive power control device, VQC Ⅱ + , are presented based on the theoretical analysis. Due to taking the realization and compatibility into account, VQC Ⅱ + processes good openness. It is not only configured flexibly according to different conditions in power systems but expanded conveniently, ft can further connect with the dispatching center with its peripheral interface. Moreover, when the decentralized control is changed into the centralized control in power systems, the device can cooperate with the new system with its transmission and remote control function through the serial communication.
