摘　　要：论文调查分析了信息化时代西藏信息资源信息检索状况和各类信息资源的整合与组织发展趋势,提出新的发展观点和思路加速中国西藏网站在网站布局、组织机构、工作方式、服务职能建设等方面的深刻变革。The author investigates and analyzes the condition of Tibet information resource and the development trend of the conformity and organization of the information resource at information times and try to advance a new idea to accelerate the innovation of Tibet Website structure .organization,the manner of working, the function of services and so on.
