周围性面神经麻痹从“经筋”论治

摘　　要：目的　对比从“经筋”论治与常规针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹的效果。方法　以经筋理论为指导 ,主取患部经筋及周边经穴针刺 ,配合拔罐 ,治疗面瘫 4 0例 ,并与常规针灸治疗 4 0例对照。结果　治疗组愈显率 97.5 % ,对照组愈显率 75 % ,两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　运用经筋理论治疗面瘫效果优于常规针灸治疗。Objective To compare the effect of acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory with that of routine acupuncture. Methods Under the guidance of the muscle meridian theory, muscle qi was directed along the meridian and main points on the affected muscle meridian and its surrounding area were acupunctuired with the cooperation of cupping for the treatment of 40 patients with facial paralysis. The results were compared with those in a control group of 40 patients receiving routine acupuncture. Results The cure and marked effectiveness rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group. There was a very significant difference in curative effect between the two groups ( P <0.01 ). Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory is better than that of routine acupuncture.
