摘　　要：在SS4 0 0钢中进行了异型坯结晶器喂稀土丝工业试验 ,结果表明 :稀土在异型坯中的分布较均匀 ,稀土回收率为 81 .9%～ 87.1 % ,硫化物球化良好 。This paper introduces the commercial experiments of Re wire feeding in beam blank mould to produce Steel SS400.The following results were gained:the distribution of Re elements in the steel was uniform;the recovery ratio of Re varied from 81.9?% to 87.1?%;the spheroidizing effect of sulphide was good,resulting in an increase of low temperature impact toughness for the steel.
