摘　　要：送变电施工生产管理是电力建设中非常重要的一环。随着现代科技的高速发展,如何提高施工生产管理已成为十分重要的问题。基于网络和GIS的WebGIS系统便是提高施工生产管理的一个有效方法。北京送变电工程公司以ESRI公司的MOIMS为平台,应用Microsoft的ASP技术,配合ACCESS数据库的技术利用ADO编程来对送变电工程施工生产进行管理、查询、统计、分析。可以节约大量的资源,提高工作效率,提高管理质量。The management of transmission and distribution construction and production is a very important link in power construction. With development of the modern technology at high speed how to improve the construction and production management has become an important issue. The WebGIS system based on the net and GIS is an effective method to increase the management. Taking MOIMIS developed by ESRI, applying ASP technique of Microsoft, using programmable ADO in combination with ACCESS database, Beijing Power Transmission and Distribution Company executes the management, acquisition, statistics and analysis on construction and production of transmission and distribution projects, which can greatly save resources, increase the work efficiency and management quality.
