CA-50测定对良恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断价值

摘　　要：采用单克隆抗体放射免疫分析法测定了45例良恶性胸水患者(27例恶性胸水和18例良性胸水)血清和胸水中CA-50含量恶性胸水患者血清和胸水中CA-50含量,都明显高于良性胸水患者。如胸水和血清都以20U/ml作为阳性界值,则对恶性胸水诊断的敏感性分别为77.8％和59.2％,特异性都为94.4％结果提示胸水中CA-50测定有助于良恶性胸水鉴别。In this artide the measurement of CA-50 in serum and pleural fluid by immunoradiometric assay was presented in 45 patients (27) cases of malignancy, 18 cases of benignicity) with pleural effusion. Pleural fluid and serum levels of CA-50 in the patients with malignant effusion were significantly higher than those with benign effusion. The results suggested that the measurement of CA50 in pleural effusion may be helpful in the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant effusion.
