摘  要:分析43例恶性胸(腹)水的腺苷脱氨酶(ADA),溶菌酶(LZM)以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),其中93%ADA活力低于30u/L,83.7%LZM浓度低于30mg/L,而95.3%LDH高于80IU。发现ADA、LZM的低值及LDH增高是恶性重要特征,而ADA与LDH呈负相关,其特异性优于LZM与LDH。We made a combined determination of adenosine deaminase (ADA), lysozyme (LZM) and lactic dehydrogenase activity of malignant pleural or peritoneal effusion in 43 cases and in 50 patients with tuberculous pleurisy and 9 with transudate as control. The results revealed that of the 43 cases of malignant effusion the ADA activity was lower than 30 u/L in 40 cases (93%), the concentration of LZM was below 30mg/L in 36 cases (83.75%) and the level of LDH was higher than or equivalent to 80 iu in 41 cases (95.3%). We concluded that there is a characteristic contradictory seperation between the levels of ADA and LDH in the malignant effusion. The significance of the contradictory seperation between ADA and LDH was greater than that of between LZM and MDH on the diagnosis of malignant pleural or peritoneal effusion.
