摘　　要：本文研究了固相比在塑料试管壁上的抗T_3单克隆抗体的性质,并依赖该单抗的优良性能,建立了一种灵敏特异,快速稳定的总T_3固相单抗放射免疫测定方法,用于诊断甲状腺疾病。With the study of monoclonal antibody against T_3(3,3',5-triiodothyronine) soli dated on a plastic tube we established a radioimmunoassay method to measure the quantity of TT_3 in human serum. This method is characterized by rapidity, simplicity and high sensitivity and can be used in diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
