摘 要:目的 :观察所选藏、中成药对快速进入高原青年男性换气效率指数等指标的影响 ,探索抗高原缺氧的新方法 ;方法 :实验组分别服用洛布桑胶囊、诺迪康胶囊、红景天胶囊、藏王宝胶囊、地奥心血康胶囊 ,对照组则服用医用淀粉胶囊。采用单盲法给药 ,在进入高原前后各连续服药 3天 ,2粒 次 ,3次 日 ,分别于受试者服药前和进入高原后的第 5天 ,各测定一次受试者的屏气指数和换气效率指数 ,在进入高原后的第 5天测定受试者的高原适应指数 ;结果 :平原人进入高原后 ,屏气指数降低 ,P <0 .0 1 ;进入高原后 ,洛布桑组和诺迪康组的换气效率指数显著增加 ,但只有洛布桑组的换气效率指数与对照组比较差别有非常显著性 ,P <0 .0 1 ;在各组中地奥心血康组的高原适应指数最高 ,其余各组差别无显著性 ;结论 :平原人进入高原后 ,屏气指数降低 ,洛布桑能够提高机体的高原换气效率指数 ,而地奥心血康则可能改善受试者的高原适应指数 ,表明两药可能通过不同的作用途径 ,促进人体的高原习服代偿过程 ,值得深入研究。Objective: In order to investigate new methods to against hypoxia at high altitude (HA), the effects of some new compound Tibetan and Chinese drugs on ventilation efficiency index (VEI), breathing hold index (BHI) and HA adaptive index (HAAI) of young men exposed to high altitude were observed. Methods: 170 subjects were divided randomly into six groups, and they were given Luobusang, Nuodikang, Zangwangbao, Hongjingtian, Di'ao Xinxuekang and placebo, respectively. A single blind procedure of administration was used. The different drugs were given according to their group, 2 capsules/time, tri-time/day for 6 days before 3 days HA-exposed (above sea level 3 900 m). Before they took the drugs and after they entered HA 5 days, the level of VEI, BHI and HAAI were measured, respectively. Results: A total of VEI decreased remarkably at HA ( P <0.01). Among six groups, BHI of Luobusang and Nuodikang groups were higher at HA than that in the lowland (above sea level 500 m), but only Luobusang group's BHI was higher than the control's at HA ( P <0.01). Compared with that of other groups, the HAAI of Di'ao Xinxuekang was higher and there were not any differences among other groups. Conclusion: The level of VEI is decreased after exposing to high altitude and the BHI could increase by Luobusang at high altitude, and Di'ao Xinxuekang could elevate the HAI. Both Luobusang and Di'ao Xinxuekang may improve human acclimatization to HA by different mechanisms.
