摘 要:本文探讨CD11b、CD18在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的意义。HIE新生儿30例,(轻度13例,中度10例,重度7例)及20例对照新生儿采用流式细胞术检测生后24~48 h、7 d CD11b、CD18(免疫荧光强度 MFI)值。HIE组 CD11b 24~48 h(2929.35±216.04)、7 d(1921.58±251.21)较对照组(1222.68±139.09)均明显升高(P<O.05),HIE组CD 18 24~48h(324.48±9.45)、7 d(216.33±5.89)较对照组(94.23±19.09)均明显升高(P<0.05)。24~48h、7d存在动态变化,以24~48h较高(P<0.05)。HIE轻、中、重之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结果提示,新生儿脑缺氧缺血再灌注后24~48 h内中性粒细胞炎症反应显著,病情越重,CD11b、CD18水平越高。Objectives: The purpose of the study is to delineate whether the expression of neutrophils adhesion molecules, CD11b and CD18, are up-regulated in HIE. Material and Methods: Using flow cytometry, neutrophils membrane expression of CD11b and GD18 were measured in 24 ~ 48 h and 7 d after neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Results:1. In HIE infants, on 24 h ~ 48 h and 7 days after birth, the MFI of CDllb were 2929.39 + 216.04 and 1921.58 + 251.21 respectively, which was significantly higher than control group(1222.68 + 139.09) MFI (P <0.05). It declined 7 d later. CD18: In HIE 24-48 h(324.48 + 79.45) MFI and 7 d(216.33 + 55.89) was significantly higher than control group(94.23 + 19.09) MFI (P < 0.05); 24 ~ 48 h MFI was significantly higher than 7 d (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of neutrophil CD11b/CD18 increased in infants of hypoxic-ischemic encepha-lopatly, which suggest that these neutrophil adhesion molecule involved in hypoxia-isheraic reperfusion injury.
