吸毒对个体心理社会功能损害的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:揭示吸毒对个体婚姻、职业、人际关系等方面心理社会功能的消极影响。方法:用吸毒行为及相关因素调查表对143例接受戒毒治疗的吸毒人员进行调查,并将吸毒前后各项心理社会指标进行比较。结果:毒品依赖者吸毒前后的婚姻状况、职业、人际关系及共同生活的构成比变化显著,表现为吸毒后未婚同居和离婚的人数显著上升,在职人数下降,无业者明显增加,吸毒后与家人生活的人数降低,独居人数增加。结论:吸毒行为对个体的心理社会功能有明显的损害。Objective: To reveal the negative influence of drug use on individual's marriage, employment, interpersonal relationship, etc.Methods: 143 drug users in detoxifi cation have been investigated with drug use behavior questionnaire and many psy cho-social indexes were compared before and after drug use.Results: After drug use the proportion of cohabit and divorce is rapidly increase; the number of emp loyed people has decreased but the number of unemployment increased, the people lived with their family were cut down and lived alone have increased.Conclusio n: Drug use behavior has obvious damage to psycho-social function.
