借助腹腔镜行腰椎结核和腹后壁脓肿的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨腹腔镜下腰椎结核病灶和腹后壁脓肿清除术的临床效果。方法　利用腹腔镜、内镜手术器械和自制气囊在屏幕监视器下行 7例腰椎结核和 2例腰大肌脓肿的病灶清除术。结果　 9例中 8例手术均获成功 ,术中平均出血 <10 0～ 15 0ml,患病症状体征消退 ,影像学评价病灶清除彻底 ,近期随坊疗效满意。结论　该术式具有切口小、创伤小、出血少等优点 ,克服了传统手术损伤大的缺点 ,是一种安全、有效、微创的手术方法。Objective: To study effective mini-operational method on the treatment of the lumbar vertebral tuberculoses and the abscess of posterior abdominal wall.Methods: Seven cases of lumbar vertebral tuberculoses and 2 cases of the abscess of posterior abdominal wall were operated for clearance by applying laparoscope. Results: Eight of 9 cases were successful, one fault. For the successful cases, the average bleeding was less than 100～150 ml during operation. After operation, the patients felt very little from the injury of the operation. The 6-month following-up showed a satisfactory result that the symptom disappeared and the clinical image showed the clearances of local lesion were completely. Conclusions:This operative method has some virtues of small incision, less operative injury and bleeding, comparing to the traditional operative method.
