摘　　要：目的　探讨经尿道电汽化术联合电切术治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的疗效。方法　联合应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术 (TUVP)和经尿道前列腺电切术 (TURP)治疗BPH患者 4 6例。结果　手术过程顺利 ,视野清晰 ,出血量少 ,疗效满意 ,术后平均留置导尿管 3～ 5d。随访 1～ 2 4月 ,排尿通畅 ,并发症少。结论　经尿道电汽化术联合电切术是一种治疗BPH的安全性高、易掌握、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。Objective:To study the effective of the combined use of transurethral electrovaporization ablation and transurethral prostatectomy for BPH. Methods:Combined transurethral electrovaporization ablation and transurethral resection of the prostate was undertaken for 46 cases.Results:All patients were operated on smoothly.The endoscopic view was clear and with little bleeding. The mean postoperative catheterization maintained for 3～5 days. The result was satisfied and no complication was found with normal micturition in 1～24 months for follow-up. Conclusions:Combined transurethral electrovaporization ablation and transurethral resection of the prostate is the treatment of choice for patients with BPH. This operation style is safe, easy to master, having low occurrence of complications, and having excellent outcomes.
