摘　　要：此微机控制系统采用了电-浓伺服阀功率调节,电极自动衡功率压放和电极升降光电编码器控制等技术.系统实时性好,对各种意外突发性事件反应迅速;系统投资少,见效快,在技术和效益方面达到了国内同行业中先进水平,具有推广应用价值。This computer controlling system employed the techniques such as power ad- justment with electrohydraulic servo valve,electrode autcslipping at constant power,photoelectric coding to elevate and lower electrod ect.The system has a good real-time property and has a rapid reaction to unexpected various ma- lfuctions.It also has the advantage of less investment,rapid benefit,and achieves the advanced level in technology and bonefit in domestic ferroalloy industries.It's valuable to spread and apply in the industry.
