摘　　要：渭河煤化工集团有限责任公司合成氨工段中压蒸汽过热器频繁发生泄漏故障 ,导致多次停车检修 ,近 6年间报废 2台设备。通过分析事故原因 ,提出改进意见 ,重新制造了 1台设备 ,保证了全公司设备长周期。The MP steam superheater in ammonia synthesis section of Weihe Coal Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.leaked frequently,resulting in many times of shutdowns for maintenance.Two sets have been abolished in the recent six years.An idea was proposed for improvement after analysis and a new equipment was manufactured to ensure long term,safe and stable operation of the whole plant.
