摘　　要：　提出了过程参考模型特征值的模糊检索和分类法,主要内容包括:过程参考模型的模糊特征值和特征的模糊权重的设计、模糊检索和分类方法.这些方法在帮助企业寻找跨行业的相似企业过程参考模型具有重要价值.Process reference models have more important effects on enterprise information. Their characters are used to identify and search the similar ones. Since they are fuzzy, this paper presents a method for classing and searching process reference models on the fuzzy theory. It includes the design of fuzzy characters and weight for process reference models and the method of fuzzy classification and searching. These methods help enterprises find similar process reference models in several industries.
