摘　　要：文章在论述农村剩余劳动力转移相关理论的基础上,阐述了我国农村剩余劳动力转移的现状,并提出相关的政策建议,倡导城镇化及发展劳动密集的第三产业,为农村剩余劳动力转移提供就业岗位。Based on the theories relevant to the migration of rural surplus labor, the essay elaborates the present conditions of the migration, proposing some policies, which emphasize urbanization and development of the labor-intensive third industry so as to provide more job opportunities for the rural surplus labor.
