摘 要:配制 PE( M- HDPE和 UHMWPE) /对二甲苯的极稀溶液 (质量浓度为 1 0 - 4~1 0 - 7g· m L- 1或质量分数为 1 0 - 2 %~ 1 0 - 5%)。用生物展开法和溶液结晶 -漏斗富集法在不同的温度和时间下制备了 M- HDPE和 UHMWPE单链或寡链结晶粒子试样。用透射电子显微镜观察到了 30~ 5 0 nm的 M- HDPE微晶粒子和 2 0~ 30 nm的 UHMWPE微晶粒子 ,及 UHMWPE的片晶和多晶。采用生物展开法易制得尺寸较小的单链寡链结晶粒子。Polyethylene(M HDPE and UHMWPE)was dissolved in paraxylene to make very dilute solution (concentration was 10 -4 -10 -7 g·mL -1 or mass fraction was 10 -2 %-10 -5 %). Single chain or pauci chain particles of M HDPE and UHMWPE were prepared by two methods. One was biological expansion method,and the other was crystallization in solution and then congregation by filling funnel at different constant temperatures with certain time intervals. The size of small M HDPE crystallites is from 30 to 50 nanometers and the size of small UHMWPE crystallites is from 20 to 30 nanometers. Lamellar crystals and multi crystals of UHMWPE were observed through trans electron microscope.It was found that biological expansion method is better than the other to prepare single chain and pauci chain crystals.
