基于虚拟仪器的强噪声滴灌管生产线的自动测量和控制

摘　　要：为了提高内镶式滴灌管加工和打孔精度,需要建立在线检测和控制系统。高精度电容测微仪通过A/D采集板将电压信号的微变传入计算机,然后利用LabView软件中的虚拟仪器、虚拟噪声、虚拟滤波、虚拟信号处理等模块对真实生产线进行实时仿真,直到得到理想的测量和控制结果。虚拟仪器编制的自动测量和控制软件具有友好的用户操作界面,节约了试验成本,有效的排除了强噪声干扰,充分满足了生产线的检测和控制要求。In order to improve the manufacture precision,on-line measurement and control system should be set up in the pipeline product line.High precision capacitance instrument and Lab View is adopted in this system.Change of pipeline thickness is converted to voltages and will be transmitted to computer by A/D card.The thickness signal will be treated by virtual software Lab View through virtual instrument,virtual noises,virtual filter,virtual signal etc,until reliable result is got.LabView has a lot of merits such as good interfaces,easy operating,low cost,noise avoiding,etc.It can complete the work excellently.
