摘　　要：根据近10年从事渔业船员培训工作的实践,结合浙江省渔业职务船员的现状,指出加强渔业职务船员培训的重要性,特别是对浙江省远洋渔船职务船员培训工作中存在的问题,提出一些具体的解决办法。On basis of the practices in the training of fishing vessel seafarers during the recent decade or more, joint the present situation of the fisheries licensed seafarers in Zhejiang province,the importance to enforce the licensed seafarers training of off- sea fisheries and the solution to the problems existing in the training was presented in this paper especially.
