摘　　要：揭示外部董事与内部董事、独立董事与非独立董事、非执行董事与执行董事、兼职董事与专职董 事、独立的外部董事与非独立的外部董事、独立的非执行董事与非独立的非执行董事这六对术语 的内涵与外延,分析了人们习惯上互用其中某些术语的危害,指出了探讨这些术语相互之间关系 的意义。The thesis enunciates the connotation and extensions of outside directors and inside directors、 independent directors and non - independent directors, non - executive directors and executive directors、 part-time directors and full time directors, independent outside directors and non- independent outside directors, independent non - executive directors and non - independent non - executive directors, analyses the harms of confusing some terms among them, points out the importance of studying the relations a-mong the terms.
