摘　　要：高校哲学社会科学学报是高校教学科研和我国哲学社会科学的重要组成部分。面向新世纪 ,怎样走出困境 ,打造名牌 ,实现跨越式发展 ?本文在分析哲学社会科学学报的重要作用。College philosophical sociology journals are the important part of college teaching and research and the philosophical sociology in our country. How can we find a way out of the dilemma, create a good reputation, so as to realize all-round development in the new century? On the basis of analyzing the importance of college philosophical sociology journals and the challeges they are facing, the article proposes its correspondent in measures five aspects.
