摘　　要：本文介绍了KDP晶体的横向电光调制器件的设计原理与制备工艺 ,利用所制备的电光调制器件进行激光通信模拟实验 。The designing principle and manufacturing techni qu es of crosswise electro-optics modulation apparatus of KDP crystal have been int roduced in this paper. Laser communication model experiment with the electro-opt ics modulation apparatus also introduced, The result and testing method concerni ng the property parameters are discussed .
