摘  要:测定了60只人工饲养实验猕猴主要的脏器重量,并比较了不同性别和不同年龄组之间脏器重量和脏器系数的差异。结果表明,2-5岁组猕猴脏器重量和脏器系数无性别差异;6岁以上组心、脾、脑、胰等脏器重量雄性高于雌性,但脏器系数多数无明显差异,少数雌性略高于雄性。除胸腺外,各脏器重量随年龄增长而增加,特别是心、肝、脾、肺、肾、睾丸、前列腺成年后重量增加显著(P<0.01),而脑、胰、肾上腺、甲状腺、卵巢增加缓慢(P<0.05)。脏器系数随年龄变化不明显,少数呈现较复杂的年龄相关性。The weight of main organ of 60 rhesus monkeys were measured and their coefficient were calculated. In the same age, there are no sex difference of organ weight and coefficient in ju-venile group, and the weight of heart, spleen, brain, pancreas are heavier in male than female in both adult and senior groups, but the organ coefficient is no sex difference in those two groups. All the organs except for the thymus,the weight are increased with age ,especially the heart , liv-er, spleen, lung, kidney, testis and prostate. Most of the organ coefficient are no age related.
