摘　　要：回顾和分析了新建本科院校科研工作中存在的一些问题,提出了如何加强新建本 科院校科研管理、转变认识、加强科研成果转让等的看法及对策.In this paper,some problems existing in scientific research area in newly-built university have been reviewed and analyzed .Some methods and the policies have been proposed to improve the scientific research management ability and the answers of how to accelerate the process of putting the research fruit into market and change the traditional management view point are given out as well.
