摘　　要：介绍了对污水汽提装置的现状及存在的问题,分析了装置的主要控制参数,选用新型高效立体传质的CTST塔盘.对汽提装置进行扩能改造,使污水处理量由改造前的100t/h提高到140t/h.且运行良好。保障了炼油厂正常生产和生活环境。Present situation and complete checking of wastewater stripping unit are introduced. Main controls parameters of the unit are analyzed. A new type of vertical mass transfer, with high efficiency CTST trays are chosen in capacity expansion revamping of stripping unit. The throughput of wastewater is enhanced from 100t/h to 140t/h and the unit runs all right. Normal producing and living environments of the refinery are protected.
